REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges
As of now all sales are final, with exceptions such as a defective item. If you are having any issues with your order please contact us at topbosshop@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return/exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send your defective item. Your new merchandise will be processed and shipped once we receive the returned item.

I received a damaged or wrong item
We apologize for any damaged or wrong items received. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at topbosshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your item is damaged, providing photos can help speed up the return/exchange process. Please make sure to provide your order information in your email.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Taxes
Top Boss Apparel merchandise ships with UPS. After receiving and processing, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. Status updates will be provided via email. Please note order processing & shipping may be delayed due to high order volume and/or carrier restraints.

Due to unforeseen events, your order may be cancelled for a variety of reasons that may be in or out of our control. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email with additional details. 

In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
