When can I expect to receive my order?

Top Boss Apparel merchandise ships with UPS. After receiving and processing, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. Status updates will be provided via email. Please refer to our Policies page for additional details. 

I ordered the wrong size, what are my options?

Please send us a detailed email ASAP at topbosshop@gmail.com along with your order number. We will try to fix your order before processing, but there are no guarantees. Orders are non-refundable. 

Do you give refunds/exchanges?

As of now all sales are final, with exceptions such as a defective item. If you are having any issues with your order please contact us at topbosshop@gmail.com. Please refer to our Policies page for additional details on eligibility. 

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We apologize for any damaged items received. Please send us a detailed email at topbosshop@gmail.com with your order #, attaching photos of the damaged area can help speed up the return/exchange process. If accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label. 

Why was my order cancelled?

Due to unforeseen events, your order may be cancelled for a variety of reasons that may be in or out of our control. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email with additional details.
